Celebrating Helgi Leja: DCPerform’s Vice President of Customer Experience

We’re thrilled to announce that Helgi Leja has been promoted to Vice President of Customer Experience (CX) at DCPerform!

Helgi has been a driving force at DCPerform since 2017, managing more than 120 projects, including major collaborations with Topgolf Callaway Brands, MSC Industrial, and L’Occitane. His expertise spans industries and continents, making him a true global player in our field.

What makes Helgi stand out? It’s his deep commitment to our clients and his belief that “Business is Personal.” Helgi views every business relationship as a potential long-term friendship, ensuring our clients’ success is his top priority. His new role will allow him to engage with C-level executives more frequently, driving strategic conversations and delivering unparalleled customer experiences.

Helgi isn’t just known for his professional achievements—he’s also famous for his impeccable style. As our unofficial “best dressed,” Helgi always has his pants perfectly hemmed to show off his ankles, earning him the affectionate nickname “Ankles.” Beyond work, Helgi is a proud dual citizen (Icelandic and American), a Clemson grad, and a devoted soccer dad.
